balancing eagle 396 stroker kit? does it require mallory metal?

i might change the 383 kit i ordered from Nu-tek to a 396 kit. the 396 kit includes : eagle 3.875" crank, eagle 6" H-beam rods, SRP JE flattop pistons, rings and bearings.

now when balancing the 3.875" eagle crank for 6" rods, does it require mallory metal? if so how many pieces of mallory metal?

any one has this kit? and has balancing info on it?

thanks.

Yes, it will require a few slugs of mallory. Exactly how much can't be determined until your machinist puts it on a balancer.
