Bad Vibration over 90mph. Could it be this?

I never had this problem before i did my clutch install. The only thing that i changed when i did the install besides the flywheel, pp, and clutch disc was that i changed the pilot out for a bushing. My tires are brand new and it didn't do this after i got them put on so i know its not my tires. Most people say to try and replace my DS with an aluminum one. While i'm still gonna do that, i'm just wondering if my Stock DS in unbalanced why would it be okay before the install. I checked all the bolts and everything is good and tight. I was wondering if anybody thinks it could be the bushing? Maybe the input shaft isn't lined up correctly with the bushing. If that was the case would i be able to notice it at lower speeds or would it only be noticable at high speeds. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try rotating your Driveshaft 180*, I did that and got rid of the vibration

Yeah i'm gonna try that tomarrow. It was fine before the clutch install, and i marked it before i took it off. I put it back on the same way i took it off. It's worth a shot though.
