What are some bad O2 Sensor Symtoms

Generaly how often (years & miles) should you change em ?

 

I heard they shoudl be changed after about 50K. I did mine during my header install. Symptoms are gas mileage going to **** and if they're shot it should throw an SES code. Good luck.
