How can this happen?
is the whole huge tank of stored gas at the station bad?
or is it just contaminates floating in it, and it's just bad luck that you pumped them into your car?

one more question what would happen if you had too high of a concentration of injector cleaner in you tank?
like you added a bottle to six gallons in stead of twelve?
