bad engine shake at 2k-2.4k

ok, thank you everyone for your help with the previous post i had before..turns out i happened to get a crapy batch of spark plugs from the store and 2 of them werent firing at all from day one...put a new set of plugs in and it runs good..no shaking at idle anymore and sounds good in park.
Its a 95 z28 w/ a fresh rebuilt engine w/hot cam kit, auto transmission, 500 miles on engine, hooker shorty headers with egr delete, air delete.
Upon take off in "D" it shakes and exhaust raddles real bad until it gets above 2400 rpm. serious lack of power as well..if you put it in "1st" and smash it, it isnt near as bad, but its still there. It seems like its worse as soon as the coolant temp gets above 150-160. It may be because it is changing loop, idk ill have to borrow my buddies scan tool again. I had a CEL and i pulled the code. it was for the left bank o2 sensor. i found the wires touched the headers and fried so i replaced it and tied the wires back. No CEL anymore. but it still has this shimmy. wtf, why me? any help would be fine..thanks

Plug wires crossed or EGR stuck.
