If you want to read several long threads about it, just search.

all they do is increase line pressure, which is very bad for the internals of the tranny
i wouldnt try anythign b&m because i've heard plenty of people complain about their shift kits
go with a transgo shift kit and a tranny cooler and you'll be set

I hate to say this but the only thing I would buy from B&M is the tranny cooler they make.
Even back in the day we had problems with B&M shift kits.
They make some knick knack things for dress up and some other stuff that comes in handy but the tranny stuff they make leaves alot to be desired.
I would shy away from anything that just ups the line pressure, get a Trans Go shift kit and do the job right.

I heard those are bad news for the internals as well. If you have a built up tranny you could prolly use one, other than that you will just prematurely ruin the one you've got. I would go with a transgo, thats what I'm using and I like it. If you have a power programmer, dont use the shift firmness feature, yes it will make you faster, but it will do so at the cost of your tranny, been there and done that. It does basically the same thing, boosts line pressure. Stay away from them in my opinion.
