can these shifters be made shorter like the pro 5.0 shifters. has anyone attempted to do it

 

I think the pro 5 has a longer threaded piece that you ca cut into and shorten.

I guess you could cut and rethread it or find a shift **** that sits lower on the shfter.

Depends on how much lower you want it to be

 

I believe that the B&M is already shorter than the Pro 5.0, however the pro has longer threads so you can cut it down if you so desire. I'm not sure how long the threads are on the B&M.
