That's a very vague question, with far too many variables to give a decent answer, but most I've seen are around 260'ish rwhp and low 14's to upper 13's stock. Headers and all the bolt-ons can get you to the low 300 range, and low 13's.

I would pretty much count on all the gains from the bolt-ons being wiped out as soon as you remove the cam and heads...it's gonna need those to run.

lmao!!

anyways when i ran mine at the 1/8th mile the first time i was seein around a 9.2 (thats with 3.73 and true duals from the manifolds back though, but also 18" wheels and a 2.1 60' and screwed trans lol) since then ive got it down to an 8.9 but traction turned into a big issue after i got the trans fixed =/.. ran another stock M6 last time i was thre and he ran a 9.6!! i think that car was sick or the driver was lol.. but this is really broad to aim by... oh yeah those 8.9 runs were in cool 60 degree weather so that may be enough to account for my .2 gain cause the first night was 80. i think my times are horrible regardless... but i know the opti is gettin ready to go.. it showed huge issues that night at the track so i only ran 5 times.. lol (also including and not limited to fire coming out of the tailpipes!!!)

Re: Average LT1 power and E.T.

So the numbers im running are so bad i ran a 9.0 with just the k&n fipk and catback. i also ran a 8.9 when i put an off-road y-pipe, vortec elbow. I haven't ran the car since i put a stall and headers. So are these good # for a LT1?

Re: Average LT1 power and E.T.

Well among my group of friends with LT1 cars we have both extremes of the spectrum. My friends 94 LT1 went 13.6@101 with a 2.02 60' 100% stock 52,000 miles with only the air box removed and the MAF screens taken out. His car is light as hell though (ei-no options what so ever = 3150lbs curb weight) My 94 LT1 camaro went 13.71@99.8 with a 2.05 60' (full power options 3270lbs curb weight). But another friends 94 trans am ran 14.3@98 with a 2.10 60' (all power, leather and 3480lb curb weight). All of these cars are autos and hard tops too. Most of the LT1s Ive seen run have been in the 13.8-14.1 range @ right around 100mph.

Re: Average LT1 power and E.T.

as stated above........i think this is a question that cant be answered with just one 1/4 mile time. So i will give u guys what i ran so u can have it in your guesstimate

my car ran a 14.1 @ 92 with a 2.1 60ft first run at the track (reason for the low mph is that i didnt know where the end of the track was..........and on further review of my video of that evening i braked 30ft before the trip lights )

then my second run.......i spun all the way through first to a ****ty 2.2 60ft and pulled a 14.1 @ 99 (only reason for spinning is that i got all nervous and just hammered it when the wrx i was racing took my by a couple cars out the hole........ :P.......however i still caught him and passed him before the 1/8th)

then for some reason that was the last run i made.

These runs were on crappy Firestone firehawk tires 245/50/16 (not the performance firehawks either........like the 380 or 400 something treadwear ones)

so i am guessing that with a 2.0 60ft which i know i am more than capable of doing a 13.8-13.9 would have been easily achieved (because the track i was at has probably the crappiest track prep in the state.....and the only reason i went there was because at the time it was the closest to me. And i know i am more than capable of driving it to a 2.0-1.9)

all this was done through a full weight stock 97 A4 and my car has every options (i.e.--leather, power, t-tops, all that junk) with 86k on the clock

I am still awaiting track times with my current set-up listed in the sig, and all my weight reduction.

Re: Average LT1 power and E.T.

See sig, i was a little dissapointed with track conditions, mud etc. I think i could get another tenth or two on better track prep.
