Hey folks hopefully you can all help me out here. Recently i replaced the Tranny mount that i dusted i put a Prothane mount on. I like and it seems to be ok. Only iv noticed now that when i park facing uphill the car doesnt want to shift from Park with ease, its being a little stubborn. Its only when i face up hill. The Tranny mount was looked at as well as U joints and all that good stuff, could something like the Motor MOunts becausing this situation. Any help would be apprciated. Thanks guys.

 

Any time you park on a hill, you should set the parking brake before engaging PARK. You may be experiencing "torque lock".

 

Yes, it sounds like torque lock. Any car will do this, since the whole weight of the car is pulling one way.
