How many of you have changed to synthetic fluid in your A4. I'm going to do a converter shortly and I plan on draining ALL of the fluid while I'm at it. Some folks say not to use synthetic because of the friction properties (Do these people have any proof??).

I'm looking at the transmission fluid from redline but that gets expensive for 11 quarts. Did you feel an improvement with synthetic?

I will most likely use conventional fluid but I'm curious...
