I just got my new Austin Qwik Stick and took a few pics. The shift is MUCH nicer now. I would compare it to a s2000 shifter. I really enjoy it now. I went from a Q-ball size shifter **** to the classic hurst. The car has the Hurst shifter and id say this is a VERY nice $40 upgrade.

Isn't it a bit too short? I'd prefer 'some' leverage when banging it down the 1/4 mile...

 

I really like it. I used to miss the 2-3 shift every once in a while, i havent missed it yet (its only been in a day). I noticed that my shifts were a little faster.

I think the main thing was that with the 2-3 shift there is less movement to the right. With the stock shifter there is about 5" of lateral movement, it is about half that now.
