Attention lt1 single plane guru!!

Basically the question at hand is will a pulse width modulated iacv work on an lt1? I know the factory one is a stepper motor..
Trying to make edelbrock 39783 TB work with the factory computer..
Do I need to change iacv or just get a different throttle body?

If you're not set on that particular style of TB you could see if Aaron over at 6061.com could build an elbow for an LTx style throttle body. I have one of his LSx elbows and it's an awesome piece.

I know this is an old thread but is the newer tb you wanted to.use similar to the lsx type of throttle body if so , if one were running a 0411 pcm swap im sure you can run a newer style IAC.
