ATI Harmonic Balancer ?

Does anyone know if the Camaro and Corvette ATI Balancers are the same? I bought a Camaro part # balancer but will be running corvette accessorys. Do I need to return the harmonic balancer for the Corvette part # or will the camaro one work on Corvette accessorys.

The hub is the same for both but the balancer on the corvette needs to place the belt farther forward. (the stock Corvette balancer pulley is nearly twice as thick as the F-body)

There are 2 part numbers for the corvette balancer and the difference is the outside diameter ones the same as the camaro(6.750) ones bigger(7.530). If you or anybody know which one to get the summit guy didnt know.

I don't have my ATI catalog here with me but I do know the ATI dampers/pulley without the hub are the same for all LT1/LT4 B-body, F-body, Y-body... with a variety of diameters. With ATI it's the hubs that are different. So a Y-body (Corvette) hub will be longer than the F-body hub and so the damper/pulley will be further away from the engine than the F-body combo.
If you are using a Y-body accessory bracket right now then Just ask the Summit guy for the Y-body ATI damper. You have a choice of damper diameters. You also have a choice of steel or aluminum hub. The aluminum hub is quite a bit lighter.

Wait, there is an on-line catolog. I forgot about that.

917269 is steel hub and 7.5" damper diameter for Y-body
917275 is steel hub and 6.78" damper diameter for Y-body
917273 is aluminum hub and 6.78" damper diameter for Y-body

Your choice.
