Afr 210 Heads

I Am Getting Ready To Buy A Set Heads I Was Looking At The Advanced Induction 200cc Head & Cam Package, And Also The Afr 210cc Heads. Is There Really Any Major Performance Or Flow Difference Between The Two. Would I Still Need To Get The Afr's Ported. Thanks For Your Help In Advance.

I would think that the AI heads would be better than the unported AFR heads.

+1, and don't get hung up on the flow numbers.

If you opt for the AFR's you will have a very long wait time as well. They are always behind and promise a delivery time they never meet. And you can end up with having casting issues.

I'd get the stockers ported.

Ya I Have Been Leaning Towards The Ai Heads. I Can Get The Heads And Cam Package Cheaper Then The Afr Heads Alone. And Not Have To Worry About Sending Them Out To Get Ported. Plus I Have Only Heard Good Things About Advanced Induction

I'm also having AI do my set-up, the stock ported castings are a good choice, but if you really want aftermarket heads, they do have trickflows on the shelf.

There is one major downfall to the trickflows: the chamber size. It's only really practical when you want a nice FI setup.
