Anything Special Needed In An LT1 Shortblock to Handle 425rwhp?

...Just need to know if I need to do anything aside from ARP Rodbolts, ATI damper, LT4HD Timing Set and new rings.

BTW, this will be in a 4-bolt LT4 block.

Have done that more than a few times with a stock shortblock.... most have lasted turning 6800-7k. If you're rebuilding it, you can get some 4340 scat i-beams for $250 & SRP's pretty cheap through flatlander etc. I'd feel a lot safer with something like that if you're going to consistently turn 7k .
