Anyone w/ k&n CAI know off hand what size...

rubber coupler (reducer) that goes between the k&n intake tube and the MAS? I need to pick one up at Home Depot and forgot to bring it with me over to my parents house.

Im guessing 4" to 3" ????

If you have a pepboys in your area they have the spectre brand which will fit. Get the 3.5 to 4 inch one.

Do this, I did the same thing. They'll just replace it - tell them it ripped.

Yeah K&N is pretty cool about things. I told them I needed the adapter to make a CAI work with a '93 and they were going to send it to me for free, even though they knew I bought a used CAI.

Same for me. Great service. Had it within 3 days. Pissed me off since the intake was sitting in my garage for months since it was "incomplete" when I bought it used.

Thanks guys! I actually went to Oriellys and picked up the Spectre. Much better! I cant believe the fit of the K&N. Not only was the rubber coupling supplied useless but so was the little tray thing sits at the bottom of the filter well. I had to trim the flange on it to slide the filter into place. Filter changes (cleaning) is going to be a PITA now. Talk about an hour long process. I would not buy this CAI again. Why didn't they just make a long skinny filter that you could slide into the hole from the top of the engine bay??? Removing the plastic underbody is a joke. Horrible design.

Its not very hard to remove the plastic under the air filter and pull it out
