Anyone using moroso fabbed valve covers?

Anyone using moroso fabbed valve covers?
They are the aluminum ones where you can see the welds where they are put together. Will they fit with just a little grinding on the alternator? They look awesome, so I hope I can make them fit.

I've seen a picture of them on an Lt1 motor but I have never seen them in the engine compartment.
