Anyone use 1.6 ROLLER TIPED rockers, not full rollers??

I was tolded that my car didn't neet the full Roller Rocker for abour $300 because my motor dosen't rev high enough, so I told told by my machine shop to get the roller tiped on that look like the stock rockers but have a 1.6 ratio and a roller tip on them. Anyone else agree?

~$180-220 will buy you a good quality full roller rocker arm. No need to spend $300.

As for what you "need". Friction costs horsepower.... so reducing friction anywhere in your engine = more horsepower. Do you want the most you can get, or a little less?
