I have a 93 camaro LT1 and I dont like the fans coming on so late. Since I cant easily change this without having a new chip burned I was going to try a remote thermostat. I dont want to have to turn them on manually. Has anyone tried one of these? I was hoping to wire the output of this thermostat to the input side of my stock fan relays (want both fans to come on at once high speed). Anyone try one of these before?

i have used set-ups like this in other vehicles with good success... i am looking at putting one of these in my 97 .. i dont see why it wouldnt work on these cars..
