Headers? I can't see how the #6 and #8 should be routed. Just got the thunder racing kit. I have msd wires, but my #8 wire is toching the header. I have fire sleeve, but don't think this is a reliable setup.

Looks like the 6 and 8 will hit header if routed up.

Well, I have ASM headers, which the RK Sports are almost an exact copy.

I routed the #6 wire from the top of the valve cover, over to the strut tower, and the down and under the pesky #2 primary. Number 8 I just left some length and let the wire push itself back. Haven't had a problem with either of them.

 

I am using fire sleeves on every passenger side wire. They have held up just fine, even those touching the header.
