Anyone running the MSD Digital box?

I was just wanting some opinions on the digital vs. the 6al box. Is there any power differences in the two? Where is the cheapest place to find a digital box at?

Your a n2o user, I would recommend the Digital6. It has built in timing retard funtion that the 6AL does not.

I noticed that was one good thing about the digital box. My buddy has the 6al and had to buy the retard switch seperately. With the money he has spent on both of those he couldve bought the digital.

The dig 6 is a must have for N2O. For both retard and RPM limiter. There is probably no power difference. Also how are you running 125 HP with NX? I called them and they said this was not possible with their jets.

There will be no power diffrence between the Digital 6 and the 6al. You just have timing features built in. N20 user = Digital 6.

They dont make 125 jets for nx, so me and my buddy guessed at what a 125 would be. I have lowered it back down to a 75 since then because i couldnt get any traction with a larger shot. I need some tires and lower control arms to help with my traction.

I believe I will go with the digital box. Thanks!

The digital 6 has more features than the standard 6AL. You can change the rev limiters with a small screwdriver. It also has a led light to show that everything is working okay. It is a great unit IMO and worth the extra money.
