Anyone removed all accessories (AC, PS, etc)

Thinking on my new motor I may just run an alternator off the crank pulley and nothing else. Anybody tried this before and have any advice one way or another?

Mine is all gone. I have an electric water pump and looped the stock power stearing. If you plan to drive it alot on the street its not a good idea. If you have wide tires on the front its horrible. I run skinnies and its mostly a track car and its still a pain.

Yeah, I don't expect it to be fun to drive on the street. This would mostly be a road race car. Looking into alternate steering set-ups.

No problems running the electric water pump on the street? Wonder how that would hold up under road race conditions?
