Anyone make a bolt on radiator that's better than stock?

Pure water for example has a critical temp of 374 degrees C, (don't quote me on that though.)
WOW!!!! I didn't know my thread would turn into such a good discussion. Anyhow, thanks for all the great input from everyone.
Back to the original question, I really don't want to run a lower temp thermostat in my car, I have done some research and understand that stock temperature is more or less optimal for what I'm doing with the car. Even if it's not optimal it's close enough.
My car runs at about 185* normally. However it seems that the stock cooling system on a hot day has trouble keeping it at that. The temp will wander up to about 200-210. I know this is not such a big increase temperature wise, but honestly it feels like a big diference performance wise. I don't know a whole lot about how the PCM responds, but I would not be surprised at all if it pulled timing, and richened the mixture(or opened the EGR valve which I don't have)when the coolant temperature rises.
LT1s hate heat. The last time I raced a 10* ambient temperature killed about 1.5-2mph off of my trap speed.
Pretty much all I'm looking for here is a way to keep my motor at about 185* all the time. City driving, highway driving, traffic jam etc. I will try a manual fan switch, and see how that does. I also think I will get some additive like water wetter and see what good that does. Otherwise I'm open to suggestions!!

but then i thought- that thing is on the sniffer for 30 seconds after sitting for 15 -20 min. how is that helping anything?
Also, after some research if found that the wear rates of the metals were THREE TIMES AS HIGH with a 160 stat.
