Anyone made true duals with mac mids?

Not yet but its on my todo list.
Shouldn't be to hard. You could even route the drivers side pipe around the front (you may have to due to teh angle of the collector, and you'll have plenty of room for a dual cat setup on the passenger side for the emission police.
I have it all worked out in my head just need to get pipe and start welding.

No, I dont think they have, but I have seen them on LS1 Mac headers...
