Came on a motor I recently bought used. They look pretty decent, definitely not factory....was considering reusing on my rebuild. Any idea what they are?

Those are factory bolts. You can reuse them if it's a mild build.

 

Weird my stock 96 motor has different bolts with no washers.

Are the ones pictured 93-95 stock bolts? So I assume they are definitely not the torque to yield ones that are so controversial since they are so different than my other stock 96 bolts?
