Anyone have dimensions for EGR Block-off Plates???

I saw someone who had the dimensions to make your own EGR block-off plates for the inake but i forgot to save them. I want to make my own plates and i was wondering if anyone had a copy of the dimensions to use. The one i saw had all needed raduis and arc center dimensions. Did anyone happen to save this or have dimensions of your own i can use? Thanks.

Just remove the egr/exhaust tube and trace around it.

How thick do you think the metal should be that i use to make this with. It doenst have to be real thick does it, since it will not be exposed to extremly high temps?

You know, you can buy the LT-4 EGR block-off plate from a Chevy dealer for like $10.00.

I'm a do-it-yourselfer hardcore, but for $10 I just bought it.

I know everywhere that sells these, i just wanted to build my own. I need them in the next few days so im just going to make my own and that way i dont have to buy them from somewhere and get killed on next day shipping. I will probably use the gasket method and go from there. Thanks for the replies.

Just so you know most dealers can get them the next day. At least the ones around here can.

Good luck.... BTW: The play looks just like the mounting flange of the EGR valve.
