Anyone got an idea of why Im breaking torque arm......

Yes... running with neither the front or the rear sway bar could be causing problems. With no sway bars, the body has got to be torquing (rolling) over like crazy on the launch and the shifts. Excessive body roll only increases the chances of the TA front mount binding, or possibly even making metal-to-metal contact. Once that happens, there would be a huge load on the top bolt, as the pinion tries to rotate upwards, and the body starts to "roll" relative to the rear axle assembly.

How much power are you putting to the rear wheels?
