Anyone ever figure out the problem on an OBD1 car with a 3000+ stall?

Anyone ever figure out the problem on an OBD1 car with a 3000+ stall?
Just wondering if a cure for that was ever found. If so, what is it?

There's a programming fix that can be done, but it doesn't work on all cars.

I might look into offering OBDII conversions in the near future.
