Question anyone else have a rattling clutch?

I am talking about a true rattle.. not that growl off idle noise. This happens when the car is in neutral and the clutch is engaged. when I push the pedal to the floor to disengage it, the noise stops. I really started to notice this after I installed my cam which created a lot more drivetrain vibration at idle. My clutch is also brand new.. only about a week old.

got any ideas?

Sounds like the throwout bearing, they all do that as far as I know. Kinda sucks but one of those things you learn to live with.

Yeah mine does that too and with the hood up it sounds like it's the rockers.

I have the McLeod dual performance. I'll be upgrading soon.

Standard clutch chatter. Its common in f-bodies, even more common after the clutch has been changed one or more times.

Just one more thing to live with.
