anyone daily driving with a th350?

just wondering if anyone switched to a th350 and is driving frequently with it. just wondering what gears you guys are using and what kinda milage you see. what rpm your at on the highway etc.

im thinking of swapping in a lt1 into my 79 thats why im asking, trying to decide if i should go simple with a th350 or complicate matters with a 4l60e.

I drive it alot but not everyday.
Th350/Vig 3500/3.73 with 26" tall tires (295/50/16)
60MPH is 3k-3.2k, just depends on the slip.
It makes a fun track car and OK street car. I miss the OD and considering other options at this time.
on long trips i get 13MPG around town is 11-12MPG.

Go to www.artcarr.com and check out their 700R4's and converters.

I got one of their top of the line 700+ hp trannies, 9.5" converter, and a full manual valvebody.

Best $2200 I've ever spent
