I have delt with a few people who ran AEM EMS on there Hondas and one that had one on his Mitsu. Everybody who I have talked to have loved them. COmpanies that have done reviews on the AEM EMS have raved about it.

However, I never ran into anybody with one on a domestic.

Hmm... What kind of options do you get for $2k? DFI does the same thing and it's plug and play for an LT1 with the right harness. Oh, and in base form, it's ~$1600. For ~$2k you could probably get a wide band o2 for it.

BTW, why do you want an aftermarket computer?

With my future upgrades. I will need something that I can dyno tune my car with and burning seperate chips doesn't seem fun. I would like to have full control over my car.

What does DFI stand for? Any links?

DFI stands for Digital Fuel Injection. The latest and greatest is Gen 7. Mr. Gasket doesn't give alot of info on it, and you have to have it installed at one of their centers before they will even let you buy it. That sucks.

FAST is another good system, but not as user friendly as DFI, IMO.

Also, check out Fast Track Performance, they make splice in/piggy back harnesses for both systems. Very cool.

oh, if you are curious about the AEM EMS then DONT pay 2k for it!!! You can usually get them MUCH cheaper than that if you look around a bit.
