Track times are going to vary temendously.

And more people do pass emissions inspections with that cam but the test isnt so black or white. What matters is where you are located because the requirements depend on the state and maybe even the town.

 

Dyno #'s in sig. The heads might be considered 1.5's. Larger valves.
