Any way to check a bad opti?

Anybody have a way to check if an opti is going bad?

well, when my opti went bad, i pulled out one of the plugs and cranked the car....there was barely a spark...

Throwing codes is a good way to tell.

No spark is another good way, as long as the coil/coil wires are good.

If your does happen to be bad, I have a very slightly used one for sale (less than 500 miles).
