any tuner besides LT1edit for obd2 cars?

LT1edit is freakin so expensive, i want my own tuning software for my obd2 car, is there anything out there, why do all these companies have stuff for obd1 lt1s but not obd2?

Some of the b-body guys were just saying how they met TC himself at the dyno shop and he was down to working out the bugs. Sounds like it may still be pricey but not VIN locked the way LT1 Edit is.
