This was a Jet Hot specific install guide. We ran into Jet Hot header specific problems involving the drivers side. We actually had to drop half of the K member down on that side to get it in.

I promise, the guide will be worth it. I have some stuff to take care of but I'll have it together by tonight.

question, my jet hots came with bolts...but only 12 bolts total...what are they for...i figured if it was for headers it'd be 16 bolts.... i also need to buy reducers,...what size do i need or should i just wait and run 3'' all the way back to the muffler, ok so i bought the aluminum gaskets, on there way...getting plugs/wires sense im already gonna be in there, , now do i need bolts still?

I used Stg 8 locking header bolts.

There are only 12 header bolts total, 6 per side.

The outermost two holes in each head are unused. They can be used to hang the gaskets.

I am also installing jet hot lt's and am using percy's aluminum gaskets. I am wondering what length bolts you all are using. I was told that 1" bolts would be better to use than the 3/4" bolts that come with the headers.
