any cons 2 a/p delete

are their any cons to deleting the air pump?
as i know all it does is heat up the cats??

Don't think there are any cons. But don't think there are any pro's neither except a little more room.

Its one more thing you have to put back on if they switch to a visual emissions inspection in your state. You will need to go to home depot and get pipe thread fittings to plug the lines off. Other than that, the air pumps suck.

Well,mine is still there, and functional. Even pumps air to my headers. I don't have cats though

I just took mine off this week! Honastly the car seems to run a little better, and the exhaust sounds a little louder! And for some odd reason, a code I was getting before went away! But then again, i'm not concerned about emissions, I have no cats! If you have any questions man juss let me know! I'll walk ya threw it!
