OK, here's a pic:

This goes on the passenger side of the block down near the starter.

The top wire = Knock Sensor in the block
Next down = Rear Passenger O2 Sensor
The large loom, I'm not sure what that is for. This is the connector you see in the next picture?
The eyelet with stud/nut? I forget, a ground to somewhere?!?
The open eyelet, does that go on the small terminal on the starter?!?

Here is the connector I'm unsure of:

I'm sure I'll figure it all out once everything starts going back togother, I just want to check though.

Also, where is my cable to the starter coming from the battery? LOL, I guess it's still in the car eh?

its been a real long times since i've had my motor out. The ground i think screws into the block. The little eyelet is for the starter. I think you have all the rest right. That purple one. I have no clue on.

I think this connector is for the crank position sensor on the bottom of the timing cover.

I think you have all the others right as well.
The purple one? Is that one that is wrapped in tight near the other connectors for the ignition module, and ign coil, and ground? I looked at my loom, as it is completely out right now, but turns out thats one of the few I didn't label.

Harness

Starter

Battery ground

Ground above starter (your stud with wire on it)

The three wire connector with the purple seal could be for the crank sensor (can't remember what year your car is) or it could be for the MAF. They use the same connector.

Kinda hard to identify wires when all of them are BLUE!
