Another car won't start thread

Believe me I have searched quite a bit on this thing. I was on my way to work and about a quarter mile from my job my car died and would not start. It will not turn over. So i'm thinking it has to be fuel or spark so I check for pressure at the fpr (which is new and stock). I turned the key to KOEO position and got out to check my pressure. Nothing. I do it again, nothing. Btw I can hear the pump prime and feel the relay click each time I turn the key. By now a coworker comes along and I get him to turn the key while I check pressure at the valve. Fuel sqirts out but immediately stops so I think check ball is gone bad pump. I had to order a pump because none of our speed shops stock them. Got a walbro in a day or two and installed it. Still won't start. I have gone thru the diagnostic checks for the coil, icm (even swapped with different ones) injector plugs, and the rest of the ignition system using a test light and multimeter. So far it is telling me that it is either the pcm or the opti. I just installed this opti back in november when the entire top end of my engine was done(LE1). I have another pcm on hand but i really dont want to believe that my opti bit the dust that quick. I am going to scan it with my laptop tommorrow to look for codes. If this is not fruitful is there anything that you guys can see I am missing? I read a lot on hear but rarely post. Thanks for your help

Did you test for spark at the plugs?. Did you try spraying fuel in the intake manifold?. Also , the engine turns over but doesn't start or it doesn't crank at all?. I am assuming by my first two suggestions that the starter is spinning the engine.
