My car is white and i see exhaust dust on my rear bumper after driving it for like 2-3 hours when i wash it. Also if it rains the dust sticks to all the water. I don't really smell anything weird but my firebird didn't do that. Am i loosing any performance if i run rich?

 

If you run without cats, that can explain the discoloration on the back bumper.

 

did you happen to know that dust sticks to the back bumper, due to the aerodynamics of the car? They collect dust there like crazy..

 

Ahhh that could be it. I don't get dust anywhere else really other then the bottom part of the doors and fenders but that is after a few days. I was my car with Zaino shampoo everyweek and i put a layer of wax or polish every two weeks or so.
