Am I loosing power?

I just did Lloyd heads, 226/234 cam and jet hott long tubes. I took it out in the country to romp in it a little today. It seems faster but not as much as I thought it would. This is supposed to make around 400RWHP. How much power could i be losing from the knock retard from open headers and from lack of backpressure? I have pcmforless tuning. Also, i need help deciding what kind of exhaust settup to go with. Thanks in advance.

The parts are there to make power, as long as the computer is telling everything to work correctly.

I would check in the "computer" or "tuning" section and ask for help from some of those guys.

You will probably need to get some info about what your computer is seeing (timing, KR, A/F ratio, etc) and see how close these things are to where they need to be.
