Unhappy Am I a factory slug?

OK mods and dyno numbers are below....those #s don't include my cutout (it was closed) the KM and airfoil.....I also dyno'ed up to 5800 RPMs, so I guess if I went to around 6200 I would've been a few higher.

However I am seeing people with similiar mods with like 320 HP and such, why am I so much lower? Before my cam kit, I was at 276/325. Should I be even higher?

My A/F is as follows........right at around 13 at 2600 RPMs...by 4000 it's at 12, and by 5600 it's at like 11.2. How much HP is this costing me? I'm also hoping I was getting knock, and my KM will help it out......what else could be causing my sluggishness?

Those numbers do seem low considering what most people are reporting with the hotcam. How are your plugs/wires, general tune-up items? Good gas? Rockers adjusted properly? Just some things to check on.

Ya those numbers seem low. Not super low but low. You should be seeing around 320/340 is my guess. Like darkhorse said, chekc out that stuff and make sure everything is in tune. Something little can make the difference.

During the cam install the opti, water pump, plugs and coil were switched. The plugs have about 7000 miles on them.

Would ignition problems cause any of this? I think I MIGHT have a small tear in my stock 1LE (whatever the stock one is called) but I don't think the tear is where air is going through.

Anything else?

I bet if you uncapped your cutout you would gain another 10 rwhp or so. Flowmaster isn't exactly the best catback to use on high horsepower car, I gained 1.5 MPH in the 1/8th mile with my cutout open over my old Flowmaster exhaust. As you can see I've since then replaced my Flowmaster.

Yea I'm going to uncap my cutout my next dyno.

But it was open when I did 275 before the cam install? How much would my A/F (numbers above) affect my HP?
