will an aluminum flywheel give you more hp?

 

It wont give you more horsepower, but it is less reciprocating mass, so it will accelerate faster. However, I think on a chassis dyno it may dyno lower since there is less mass. I forget the technical aspect of it, but I think thats right. Anywho, a lighter flywheel will make your car faster if you can get it to hook the same. MMFF did a test on multiple cars a few years back and it was an improvement on each one.
