Alternator relocation

So I got an Alan grove relocation kit witch puts the alternator in the lower left corner but when I bolted it in it sticks out about a inch farther then the balancer. Anyone have this issue or know if you can shim out your balancer?

Re: Alternator relocation

You shouldn't need to shim anything. Do you have the bracket assembled correctly?
