Getting a low voltage warning since yesterday. Had the battery checked and it's ok. Started the car and checked the voltage and it's around 14.0-14.2v,but when I rev the car up it dosn't go up,it stays around the 14.0-14.2 range,is it going bad?thanks

 

Had a test done at the local parts store and it was only putting out 7.3 amps.The guy said that the regulator was going bad because that was a low output?
