Alternator ate threw my AC line

Ya so my car(used) didn't have the strap that holds the ac line back from the alternator chewing a hole in it; I didn't know I needed one. So I just replaced my alternator and it ate right threw the line. My ac pump hot air now, and I only turned it on for a few seconds. Is that line hard to replace? And how hard is it to get a replacement?

Re: Alternator ate threw my AC line

The line is easy to replace, connects to a manifold block by the PCM and the bottom of the condensor. You'll need to get the AC system recharged.
