All Running ET STREETS & DRAG RADIALS! (Valuable Poll To All)
Where's the "M6 broke it multiple times" option? If I did it all over again, I would have done a 12bolt/9" from the get go... All my breakage was done on Nittos
oh and btw im on my 3rd diff, 5th set of gears, 2nd set of axles...
oh and mine is girdled if that matters.. 7.5" 10 bolts are worthless and not worth the metal they are made of

I run the et streets and i have made at least 20 passes on them my car is mostly stock with a stock converter and im only pullin 60's of 2.1 so im not exactly real hard on it but mine has no problem what so ever.
What I'd like to see is a direct comparison of tire setup to short times. The A4 cars are going to be able to leave harder, so we'll just leave it to the M6 cars. Those guys with M6 and ET Streets on a stock rear, how hard are you getting out of the hole???
That in itself is going to say a lot I think.

broke two stock rears already, I said thats enough strange 12 bolt on order with 3.73's, juicing out of the hole time
BTW, I have a street twin as well so yeah, u know the stock rear is just screaming

M6, Street Twin, N2O the stock 10 bolt did not stand a chance. First it was the posi, then it was the ring gear, then it was the axles. Most damage was on drag radials but the gears broke on the street. Went with a 9" and no problems so far.
