I asked this question a different way and didn't really get the answers I thought I would get. What in the front end wears out at stock parts mileage of 85000 that effects front end alignment? Would like to know because since the addition of the STB I seem to be amplifying some slop in my setup. TIA

Tie rod ends would be the first thing I would check. If there are cracks in the boots that go through, then they need changing. Mine needed it by that mileage.
Ball joints would be next to check and then a-arm bushings.
