Alarm & Power Door Locks

I'm still having trouble hooking up a Viper 550ESP alarm in my 94 Z28 Vert. I desperately need to know how to hook up the power door lock feature to the alarm. The door trigger and trunk triggers work perfectly, but the alarm is pointless if I can't unlock and lock my car using the provided remote. There are 2 brown wires, 1 gray wire, 1 orange wire, 1 orange/black wire, 1 red/black wire, 1 black wire, and 1 white wire at the BCM in the passenger kickpanel. I already have OEM keyless entry, and have tried directly wiring the alarm's lock and unlock wires to the red/black and orange/black as stated in a few installation guides. I'm stumped and need help badly!

I have the same problem in mine with the viper 800esp. Is your problem not being able to UNLOCK the car??? If this is the case I can tell you why. What happens is our cars have the retained accesory power feature which means you can use the power in the car for a few minutes after the key is turned off. This causes a problem with the alarm because the module that controls the door locks turns off and will not accept any input from the viper unlock after it loses power. Brent Franker has a writeup on how to fix this on his page somewhere, but it involves disabling the the retained power feature.
