AirFUel Guage...

Do you need to necessarily have an "actual" 02 Sensor to wire up an A/F gauge?. If one were to use simulators could the A/F gauge still be wired up?

since the O2 sims trick your comp into getting a signal, the gauge will work, but you wont get the readings that your car is producing....

if you know someone with a welder, drill a hole in your y-pipe and weld a nut there so you can screw in an o2, then connect your gauge there....

Whill the 02 Simulators help out with emissions or gas mileage like the actual 02's will. Or do they just take the SES light out?

Or in other words...Do they simulate positive information to the computer simulating a good 02 reading....or do they just take out the SES light.

They supply the computer with about 1.9-2.3 volts, which is about 14-14.7:1 a/f ratio...which keeps the ses light off, the value doesn't change...
