Airflow Research "Eliminator" Heads

It looks like they're attempting to take a swing at Gen III stuff with these. The first link talks about how these are a "complete redesign." What I'm curious to know is how much room for improvement there is in the hands of a skilled porter. I imagine that even though the ads are for SBC heads, judging by AFR's past performance we'll see an LT1/4 twin as well. Flow #'s aren't everything, but those low lift #'s aren't anything to sneeze at:

Anybody have a set of these or know of any real world performance tests done on them?

Low lift numbers mean jack squat....

FWIW a set of AFR BBC big flow number heads can easily get smoked by 90hp on a BBC race motor by a set of GMPP or Edelbrock (same heads) that are ported by a good head porter and move 30-40cfm less.

LOL, that's why I said "flow #'s aren't everything."

Just to be clear, in the comparison you mentioned were BOTH sets of heads ported or are you comparing a set of ported Edelbrocks to an out-of-the-box set of AFR's?
